Twenty years ago, NASA missed an opportunity to fund book on how matter and mirror matter can be converted directly into electricity and electromagnetic propulsion for spacecraft, and starships. NASA and commercial spacecraft could be traveling in our solar system and starships exploring the stars and Earth-like planets in the Milky Way Galaxy Didn’t receive grant because NASA’s engineer didn’t understand Periodic Table Elements.

At April 2002 joint meeting of American Physical Society and American Astronomical Society, announced the discovery that comets are natural sources of mirror matter, which scientists call antimatter, and discovery of 108 antimatter elements, which were incorporated into the Periodic Table of Matter & Antimatter Elements. An additional nine antimatter elements have been discovered and incorporated them into Periodic Table of Matter & Antimatter elements.

Experience Worked for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. Fermilab was funded by Office of Science’s High Energy Physics Programs for making, storing, and colliding antimatter protons with matter protons at one trillion electron volts. Was DOE Project Manager for the $50 million D-Zero Detector that observed mirror energy from colliding protons and antiprotons. The D-Zero detector discovered Leon Lederman’s “God Particle” by colliding matter with antimatter. CERN discovered the “Higgs Boson” by colliding matter with matter.

Worked for U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Research and Development Admonition, Atomic Energy Commission at Regional and Area Offices at Argonne National Laboratory. Have worked for NASA on Hydrogen Maser. Served as officer for the U.S Army Corps of Engineers in both combat and construction units.

Education Have Bachelor’s and Master’s in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Master’s in Business Administration from University of South Dakota. Have attended numerous classes on Project Management, Outcome Based Performance Objectives and Measures, plus Environmental, Health and Safety Laws and Regulations.
